The Holding Our Breath Wisconsin campaign was launched on February 25, 2009 by a grassroots coalition of individuals and organizations who believe all Wisconsinites deserve to breathe smoke-free air. We started a countdown clock on our Web site that began ticking when we launched our campaign. As the clock shows, we’ve been holding our breath for far too long and it is time for our lawmakers to act to make Wisconsin smoke free.
